The Responder I is the perfect plate carrier for uniformed patrol officers, offering a design that ensures ease of use and functionality. The Responder I is the ideal Plate Carrier for uniformed Patrol Officers. The narrow width cummerbund allows the user to more easily pull it across the waist without getting caught up on all the duty belt equipment. The cummerbund can be secured underneath the front cummerbund flap; or if you don’t have time to peel up the flap, both sides of the cummerbund can also be quickly secured over the front cummerbund flap. There are three loop tabs to attach radio microphones and Body Worn Cameras. Two AR Magazine pouches are integrated right into the front flap. The cummerbunds also have a removable triple cell pouch to store additional equipment such as AR magazines, radios, handcuffs, tasers and other similar size equipment. The cummerbund is also capable of accepting Level IIIA soft armor inserts (optional.) For additional comfort, the body side is lined with spacer mesh.
